Summary: We live in the area and were having a large family gathering. Seventeen people ages 4-69, sharing this place and our own home. The weather was perfect, so we were often at this place for meals and fun. Everyone loved this home, which feels like its welcomed many happy families. Communication with the owner was great, and very hospitable. I got many compliments on this choice for the extended family.

Summary: We booked with plans to ski; but the weather didn’t cooperate. We did some hiking and enjoyed playing games at the house. This was a perfect fit for 4 adults and 4 teenagers.

Summary: No issues with the check in process or the communication. The home was plenty big for our family of 5 adults, 5 kids and is a beautiful home. The home was also equipt with everything we needed. Despite the online description at time of booking, the home does have a/c, but the upstairs master bedroom was still uncomfortably hot. The home is also right on top of another home, but this didn't cause issues because we never saw anyone at the other house. The online description talked about a lot of steps, that is very accurate, my mom struggled a little and it was annoying with my 2yo. It was also inconvenient having only one shower on the level with all the rooms. The master bath was beautiful, but the water pressure in the shower was very low and it took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot. There was another shower on the bottom level but the kids didn't like it because it was "scary," (it's in a utility area). My biggest issue was the dust and cobwebs. There is no way the home had been dusted before our visit. Some areas was a light layer of dust, others was very thick. I'm also not sure the master bedroom had been swept. We couldn't find much to do in the community, we had a lot of rainy weather. We couldn't even find a beach around (which is my fault for not doing that prior, just assumed there would be a beach on the lake).

Summary: The rental was very spacious and had several rooms for a large group of friends/family to hang out in. The deck had amazing views of the lake and the property had a shallow, sandy beach front perfect for swimming! We had everything we needed in the house and really enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back in the future!
